Founded in 1980 by Razia Begum, Razia began her first development in central Manchester. Within 3 years Razia developed a portfolio exceeding 25 residential projects.

Since then she has directed several successful businesses and has diversified her property portfolio across a number of projects around the North West, ranging from residential to commercial properties, with a portfolio now exceeding 150 developments.
