Who We Are
Ashlings Group is a privately-owned property development company specialising in residential and commercial property operating across the United Kingdom.
Founded in 1980 by Razia Begum, Razia began her first development in central Manchester. Within 3 years Razia developed a portfolio exceeding 25 residential projects. Since then she has directed several successful businesses and has diversified her property portfolio across a number of projects around the North West, ranging from residential to commercial properties, with a portfolio now exceeding 150 developments.

Over the next 5 years Razia intends to support and boost local towns across the North West, Midlands and Yorkshire with the view to encourage development and stability.
